Course details:
Most students are taught what to think but never how to express it. Own the Room is a 6-week intensive communication and public speaking programme designed specifically for ambitious students aged 16-22 who want to stand out in university interviews, social settings and eventually the professional world. Delivered live over Zoom by an experienced UK-based entrepreneur and communication expert, this isn't a passive course, it's a transformation. Every session is interactive, practical and built around real-world scenarios you'll actually face.
Over six weeks, you'll go on a complete journey as a communicator. You'll start by discovering your authentic voice and understanding your own communication style, because confidence begins with self-awareness. From there, you'll master the art of one-on-one conversation, learn how to frame discussions, ask powerful questions and connect meaningfully with anyone from peers to authority figures. By the midpoint of the course, you'll be learning the skills the world's most influential people use every day, storytelling, persuasion and the subtle art of selling your ideas without ever sounding like you're selling.
The second half of the course takes you to the stage. You'll learn how to structure and deliver a speech that commands attention from the first sentence, how to think on your feet when the pressure is on and how to hold your ground in a debate with confidence and composure. Every week ends with a live practice exercise because real growth only happens when you actually do it, not just learn about it. By Week 6, you'll deliver a full presentation in front of your peers and receive personalised feedback that gives you a clear roadmap for continued growth.
Own the Room isn't just a course, it's the foundation of every success that requires you to open your mouth. Whether you're preparing for a university interview, stepping into a leadership role or simply tired of feeling invisible in conversations that matter, this programme will change the way you communicate forever. Limited seats per cohort ensure every student gets personal attention. If you're ready to stop blending in and start standing out, this is where it begins.
